Doing business with great customer service

I needed to do major repairs on my existing deck. Contacted Mr. Wheat and told him about my project. He had clear understanding of the products and gave recommendations and I place my order. Received it in a few days. I will definitely do business with mudsupply in the future.

Second time we've used this stuff.

This stuff is awesome, but you have to understand how to use it, and the people who make it and sell it don't tell yout. A one-star review on Amazon clued me in and we got great results.
You don't have to wait till the hottest day of the year. I put the unopened tube in my dehydrator, set at 100 degrees. The damaged concrete has to be heated too, or the goo will stiffen the minute it hits the cold concrete -- like melted wax on ice cubes. I put a heat gun on it, and we went to breakfast.
Later, we put the tube in the caulking gun, filled the crack brim-full, smoothed it with a flat spatul , and left the heat on for about a half-hour so it could continue to settle if needed. The repair is beautiful.
This time, we knew what we were doing; we fixed a bunch of cracks around the outside of our garage. Went perfectly!
