To whom receives this, Mollie is excellent! I had an issue with an incorrect product boxed and shipped and she corrected this problem faster than expected. Your hope is when you have an issue, it’s handled quickly but these days I always go in with low expectations.
She exceeded them and I will refer any customers I can to mid supply because of her professionalism and speedy response.

Ordered a few Simpson Strong ties from Mudsupply. Couldn't believe how fast they got them to me. Even such a small order. The hangers were great received the just when I needed them.
