Product fine but shipped to wrong address

Happy with the item purchased - pricing was great. But...item was sent to billing address not to shipping address as requested. Along with delay in receipt of item from UPS, UPS wouldn’t allow us to change delivery address so had to drive 1-1/2 hours round trip to UPS distribution center to pick up. So much for trying to save a buck. :(
