Called Mollie and left VM. She called me back very quickly and remedied my order before it was shipped! Post brackets arrived in perfect shape and correct size. Discovered these brackets come in a “rough†lumber dimension and a finished dimension. Had ordered the wrong bracket. Thankful that Mollie was that caring and proactive in providing the right product for our needs!

Guy Hall is to be commended for alerting me to not only the Simpson Strong-Tie shut down,...but for his expertise o the product and recommendations to change to a non-gusset product that was in stock. I received the shipment in 2 -days, and was able to install and keep the project on time.
